My coach offers a personalized workout experience, allowing you to customize and play workout videos tailored to your preferences. Whether you're looking for strength training, cardio, yoga, or stretching, the app has got you covered.
- Select your desired workout type and duration, ranging from 20 to 300 seconds.
- Follow the detailed instructions provided by the video coach to ensure proper execution of each exercise.
If you already have a coach, there's no need to dismiss them. You can simply ask them to create a custom workout for you to complement your existing training sessions.
If you have specific needs or require modifications due to certain conditions (such as a painful knee or the need to avoid jumping exercises), the app offers a library of 200 different exercises. This allows you to create your own customized workouts.
You can select specific areas of the body to focus on, such as upper or lower body, torso, press, buttocks, back, legs, and more.
The app caters to a wide range of training styles and preferences, including strength development, cardio, yoga, stretching, and pilates.
Additionally, the app integrates with the Health app, displaying your heart pulse during exercise for enhanced monitoring.
Please note that payment for the app will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings after purchase.
